Promoting public awareness of the risk of colon cancer, recognizing March as Colon Cancer Awareness Month and commending the Kansas Association of Health Plans, the American Cancer Society and the Kansas Insurance Commissioner for their efforts to fight this disease through encouraging regular colon cancer screenings.
