Mike Peterson, District 37
Biography
Representative Mike Peterson served the 37th House District from 1979-1990, then returned in 2005. He represents eastern Wyandotte County and parts of Kansas City. Rep. Peterson serves as the Ranking Democrat on the House Federal and State Affairs Committee. He also serves on the Elections and Governmental Organization Committee, as well as the Joint Committee on Special Claims Against the State. Rep. Peterson works as an attorney in Kansas City.
