Tony Brown, District 10
Biography
Tony Brown is the 10th District State House Representative in the Kansas Legislature. His district includes Baldwin City, Wellsville and parts of Ottawa and Lawrence.
Prior to his election to the Kansas Legislature, Tony worked as a professor at Baker University and was chair of the Psychology Department. He holds Master’s and Doctoral degrees from Vanderbilt University.
Within the community, Tony served on the Baldwin City Council from 2004-08. He was also Vice President of the Black Jack Battlefield Trust. He is a member of the Baldwin City Chamber of Commerce, the Baldwin City Lions, and was the former board president of Headquarters Counseling Center.
Tony lives in Baldwin City with his wife Becky and daughter Halley.
