TOPEKA - Eleven Kansas House Democrats have been recognized for achieving a 100 percent voting record during the 2012 legislative session.  Only 27 of 125 members in the House of Representatives achieved this distinction. 

“This was a difficult legislative session filled with really tough votes,” said House Democratic Leader Paul Davis, Lawrence. “House Democrats who were present every day and cast every single vote demonstrated unwavering commitment to their districts and the entire state.”

The following House Democrats cast every vote of the 2012 Legislative Session:

In addition, 10 House Democrats achieved a perfect attendance record during the 2012 Legislative session:

During the 2012 Session, 603 bills were introduced: 217 in the Senate and 386 in the House. In addition, 530 bills were carried over from the 2011 Session, for a grand total of 1,191 bills that were alive during the 2012 Session. Of these 1,191 bills, 295 became law. There were 396 recorded House votes.
